Blue Corn Paho has been grown in many cultures as both nourishment and an offering to the creator for an abundant harvest. Corn and cornmeal are the food for the body, the heart, and the spirits. It is traditionally given as an offering. You may wish to lay some corn down as an offering to the earth or in prayer to show your appreciation of the Great Mystery of Mother Earth and Father Sun.
